PEDRO AMOS is Miami, born and raised. He is of Cuban descent. Although he comes from a graffiti background, his style has progressed into using pop-fauvist color palettes that he feels represent his energy and his vibrant city.
This burner named "Labor of Love" was painted in August, 2019, and was part an 8 man production with artist from all over the country. AMOS uses patch work for his fill-ins. He scatters patterns and colors, although the letter structure is the star of the work. AMOS cleverly connects all of the letters as well as adding his infamous "Pata Sucia" aka "Party Duck". A character that he developed in 2013, when the "duck face" and selfie culture took off.
