MECS is Miami native and a Miami graffiti pioneer. He started his career in the late 80's and gained a lot of fame during the 90's as a very active bomber. He is part of the famed AIM Crew (Artists In Motion). MECS currently works in Hip Hop education. Teaching the local youth about the Hip Hop culture.
MECS painted this mural in 2015. This piece was painted entirely in spray paint. This mural has stood the test of time, not only from the harsh Miami weather, but also from the 5 Art Basel seasons that it has survived.
